Payment Information: An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of completed contract, including accepted forms of payment. Full payment is due upon receipt of contract. 100% Payment is due prior to the show in order to set up your booth.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued.

IMPORTANT: We understand this is a contract with Meister Media Worldwide, Inc. (“MMW”), and agree to the provisions of the cancellation clause and fees found in this contract. We agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MMW and its officers, directors, partners, agents, members, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or caused by our actions or participation in The 2025 BioSolutions Conference & Expo (“Event”).

We further agree that our organization’s attendees will participate in the Event’s room block. We agree not to hold any functions during any scheduled Event functions. We understand that any invited guest to our space must be a registered attendee of the Event. MMW requires all companies to carry personal and material liability coverage at no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. The certificate shall name Meister Media Worldwide, Inc. as an additional named insured. Proof of Insurance shall be provided upon request
